Answers to frequently encountered production technical problems of PPR pipes

There may be some problems when producing PPR pipes(ppr pipe production line ). The editor has summarized a few points below, hoping to help everyone.

1. If the inner wall of the pipe is uneven, the screw temperature may be too high; the screw speed may be too fast.

2. There are black stripes on the surface of the pipe. It may be because the temperature of the machine head is too high and the filter has not been cleaned.

3. If there are bubbles on the inner wall of the tube, the material may be damp.

4. The sudden slow discharging may cause the temperature of the screw feeding section to be high; water to enter the machine body; and the melt pressure of the machine head to be low.

5. The rough inner wall of the pipe may be caused by the low temperature of the mandrel; the temperature of the body is too low; or the temperature of the screw is too high.

6. The dull surface of the pipe may be due to the die temperature being too low or too high.

7. Wrinkles on the surface of the pipe may be due to uneven temperature around the die; the cooling water is too hot; the traction is too slow.

8. Cracks on the inner wall of the pipe may be caused by impurities in the material; the temperature of the mandrel is too low; the temperature of the body is low; or the traction speed is too fast.

9. There are scorch marks on the surface of the tube. The possible reasons are that the temperature of the machine body or the machine head is too high; the machine head and filter are not cleaned; there are impurities in the pellets; the thermal stability of the raw materials is poor or the amount of heat stabilizer is too low; the temperature control instrument is malfunctioning.

10. If the pipe shrinks greatly in the longitudinal or transverse direction, the radial difference between the inner diameter of the sizing sleeve and the die may be large (transversely); the traction speed may be high (longitudinal).

11. Uneven thickness of the pipe wall may be caused by misalignment of the die and mandrel; uneven temperature of the machine head; unstable traction; unstable compressed air.

12. If the product is brittle, it may be that the plasticization of the body is not enough; the screw speed is too fast; the temperature of the machine head is too low; or the resin viscosity is too high.

13. The bending of the pipe may cause uneven pipe wall thickness; uneven temperature around the machine head; misalignment of the machine head cooling groove and traction cutting center; and non-concentric holes at both ends of the cooling groove.
