1. Product Description

The HDPE Pipe Production Line is a fully automatic, high-efficiency extrusion system independently developed and optimized by Camel Machinery. This complete pipe manufacturing production line is specially designed for continuous mass production of high-density polyethylene pipes. Adopting mature European-standard extrusion technology and optimized mechanical structure, the whole production line realizes automated feeding, melting, shaping, cooling, traction, cutting and coiling. It is applicable to produce PE80/PE100 grade

2. Product image 

This integrated HDPE pipe production line consists of standardized supporting units, every component is precisely matched to ensure seamless production flow and high finished product rate:

• Automatic Feeding System: Equipped with gravimetric dosing device, realizing quantitative and uniform raw material feeding, avoiding material waste and ensuring consistent melting quality.

• High-torque Single Screw Extruder: Adopts 40L/D optimized screw and barrel structure, which achieves uniform raw material melting, stable melt pressure and effectively solves pipe sagging problems. It guarantees excellent plasticization effect for both thin-wall and thick-wall pipes.

• Spiral Die Head: Professional flow channel design with internal exhaust function, no dead angle in material flow, effectively eliminating bubbles and ensuring smooth and glossy pipe inner and outer walls.

• Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Tank: Double-chamber vacuum calibration structure and circulating spray cooling system, realizing rapid and uniform cooling, ensuring precise pipe outer diameter and roundness.

• Multi-caterpillar Haul-off Machine: Constant traction speed with adjustable tension, stable clamping without damaging pipe surface, adapting to different pipe specifications.

• Automatic Cutting & Coiling Device: Servo-controlled cutting system realizes fixed-length precise cutting; optional coiling machine for small-diameter pipes, realizing automatic finished product collection.

• HDPE Pipe  Winding Machine: Adopt constant tension winding design, keep pipe tight and neat without deformation or scratch. Automatic speed follow-up, synchronous running with pipe production line.PLC and touch screen control, easy to set coil length and winding parameters .Double station design optional, realize non-stop continuous winding. Stable structure, low failure rate, long service life, easy maintenance.Wide application, fit for various small diameter HDPE plastic pipes.
