In the process of starting the heating of the single screw plastic extruder, the temperature of several segments is turned on at the same time to start heating. Of course, this method is also more commonly used, but this often happens after the temperature of the screw reaches a certain index. The temperature of the die head has not yet reached (the steel of the die head is thicker and the area is larger), so in this case, you usually heat the screw, and then wait for the temperature of the die head to slowly rise to the set temperature. Just start the boot operation, this approach is the most power-saving.
Of course, there is one more thing to pay attention to. In the process of heating and starting, a simple heating can help you save a lot of electricity. When several heating sections are heated at the same time, when the plastic is extruded and the temperature of the screw of the machine reaches the set temperature, you start to record the time, and then wait for the temperature of the die head to reach the set temperature and then record the time. There is a time gap, that is, the screw reaches the set temperature and the die reaches the temperature. What is the time difference between the set temperatures in minutes? Find out this time difference, the next time you start the machine, you will heat the die head so long in advance of the time difference number, and then turn on the screw heating after the time difference is reached. This can also save electricity.
