There is a time gap, that is, the screw reaches the set temperature and the die reaches the temperature. What is the time difference between the set temperatures in minutes? Find out this time difference, the next time you start the machine, you will heat the die head so long in advance of the time difference number, and then turn on the screw heating after the time difference is reached.
